Kuchh Bhi ("we", "us", "the Company") sells "Kuchh Bhi" — a mystery purchase. When you place an order, you choose a price value only. The exact item, product, or experience you will receive is not disclosed before delivery and is selected at the sole discretion of the Kuchh Bhi team. Kuchh Bhi is a novelty mystery-commerce product, not a lottery, raffle, betting product, game of chance, or investment scheme, and we make no representation about the resale value, cash value, or nature of the item you will receive beyond what is stated here.
We do not guarantee that you will receive any specific product, a product of any particular monetary value, cash, prize money, or investment returns. Your Kuchh Bhi will be a genuine item or experience selected by our team, generally consistent with the value tier you purchased, but the specific nature of it is intentionally withheld until delivery.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to place an order. Orders on behalf of minors must be placed and supervised by a parent or legal guardian.
Payment is currently accepted via UPI QR code. After scanning and paying the exact amount shown, you must submit your UPI transaction reference / UTR number. Your order will show as Payment Verification Pending until our team manually verifies the payment against our bank/UPI records. We do not automatically confirm payment merely because a checkout form was submitted.
Orders are shipped to the delivery address you provide. Delivery timelines vary depending on the item selected and your location. See our Shipping Policy for details.
Orders may be cancelled by contacting support before the order status changes to "Packed". Once an order has been packed or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
Refund eligibility and process are described in our Refund Policy. Refunds are not provided merely because a customer is dissatisfied with the specific mystery item received, except as described in that policy (e.g., damaged, materially defective, or non-delivered items).
If your Kuchh Bhi arrives damaged or defective, contact support within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video of the item and packaging so we can assess and resolve the issue per our Refund Policy.
You are responsible for providing accurate delivery and contact details. We are not liable for non-delivery or delay caused by incorrect information you provided.
Kuchh Bhi may not be purchased using funds obtained illegally, for the purpose of money laundering, or by individuals in jurisdictions where such a purchase would be unlawful. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where fraud or abuse is suspected.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to your order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
