When you place an order we collect your name, phone number, email address, and delivery address. When you pay via UPI, we collect the transaction reference/UTR number you provide (we do not have access to your UPI app credentials).
We use this information to process and deliver your order, verify payment, communicate order status by email, and respond to support requests.
We share order/delivery details with courier partners solely for the purpose of fulfilling delivery. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
We retain order records as required for accounting, tax, and dispute-resolution purposes.
You may contact us to request a copy of, correction to, or deletion of your personal data, subject to our legal recordkeeping obligations.
